Requirements for Mailing

File Formats:
• Microsoft Excel
• Comma delimited
• Tab delimited
• Fixed record length (file structure must be included on separate sheet).
• dBase (field definitions must be included on separate sheet).

Media Options:
• Email attached file to: mailing@registergraphics.com
• Floppy disk (PC or Mac)
• CD or DVD

Compression:
• PKZIP in ZIP format

Data Requirements:
• U.S. and Foreign Files separate
• Foreign Country names spelled out (no abbreviations)
• No more than five lines of U.S. address information preferred (example: Name 1, Name 2 or Company, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip fields count as one line)
• Foreign addresses up to eight lines

Postage Requirements:
• After list processing, client notified of postage amount
• Postage check required in advance of mailing completion
• Postage check made out to Postmaster of Randolph
(If mailing is going from our local post office)
